Charting fears and hopes

This is the chart of the Dow Jones Industrial Average for the last three months:

I can't bear to look at the current value of my retirement savings.

And I'm scared for people who are living off of theirs, like Mombo and Pops.

Big changes are needed across the board - change for government leadership and regulation, change in business, and change as individuals. The bills of excess are coming due - for flawed economic, political, energy and environmental policies.

When Bush went on TV today urging a solution to the crisis, he actually made it worse.

Watch this chart. Don't think it's OK if you sit out this vote.
